GREG NORMAN VISITS THE GOLF COURSE HE DESIGNED AT PUERTO LOS CABOS

First Impressions Last November Greg Norman the famous Golf Course Designer,  was in Puerto Los Cabos, and was eager to play a casual 9 hole round of golf with members of his design team. Norman and his design associates played the front nine of his Mission Course and came off the course with exceptional comments of the facility and its condition. It was Norman’s first glimpse of the golf course with the grass completely grown in and left the facility vowing it was one of the best designed courses he has created to date.

In a friendly ambience, he was received by Federico Vaughan, Questro Golf Director, Jorge Buch, Vice President of Puerto Los Cabos and Sergio Castillo, Golf Pro at Puerto Los Cabos. Norman was excited on how well he and his team maximized the unique terrain that Puerto Los Cabos was blessed to have. He felt his vision was successfully carried out and that they accomplished their goal of using the natural features of the property to maximize the asesthetics and beauty of the golf, he feels so good, that from now on he is going to refer to PLC as “The place I can call Home”.

Afterwards he joined the Puerto Los Cabos development team for lunch at the spectacular Fundadores Beach Club, and then followed up lunch with a few more holes of golf.

Norman left the facility with a great sense of pride and accomplishment. He is looking forward to continue growing his relationship with Puerto Los Cabos, plans have already begun for his next visit
