On December 5th 2008 at the Fundadores Beach Club, the Home Owners Assemblies took place. Individual meetings for Fundadores, El Altillo, La Noria all begun with a presentation from Enrique Carral, PLC’s, CEO who provided details about the development. PLC golf pro, Sergio Castillo gave an update on the golf courses, the practice range and the golf membership program.
Agustín de la Barra, Head of the HOA presented the 2008 results and the budget for 2009 which was approved by each condominium regime, therefore establishing the HOA dues for 2009.
