Pumitas

The Pumitas program, established in Puerto Los Cabos in conjunction with one of Mexico's most beloved professional soccer teams, Pumas from the University of Mexico is an educational and athletic support system for under-privileged children in neighborhoods in the Puerto Los Cabos area. In past years, the Puerto Los Cabos community has sponsored up to 150 children, of promising athletic ability, annually with soccer training, a team and tournament program and educational tutoring. The Pumitas program has also helped establish a library in the area's public primary school.
